What Happens at the Candle Making Workshop •Hands on craft experience: You'll be guided from start to finish—blending coconut and rapeseed wax, choosing scents, adding dyes, and pouring into a candle jar. •Guidance from an instructor: An experienced facilitator will help you blend fragrances, work with wax, and customise your candle. However you are welcome to be as creative as you like. •Creative personalisation: Pick your own scents, mix colours, glitter and botanicals (adding botanicals applies to wax melt workshops only)

Wax Melt Making Workshop Participation Policy 1. Workshop Overview Welcome to our Wax Melt Making Workshop! This policy outlines the terms and guidelines for a safe, enjoyable, and creative experience. By participating, you agree to follow these terms to ensure both your safety and the smooth running of the workshop. The venue is accessible via stairs, it is not wheelchair accessible. 2. Booking & Confirmation • Reservations: All participants must pre-book their spot via www.sweet23scents.co.uk. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and we aim to have no more than 10 people at any workshop. However, if you would like to book as a group with more than 10 people please let us know. • Confirmation: After booking, you will receive an email confirming your place, along with essential details (time, location, materials provided). • Age Requirements: o Adult workshops: Participants must be aged 16 or older. o Family-friendly sessions: Children aged 8+ are welcome when accompanied by an adult. 3. Health & Safety • Safety Gear: All participants must wear appropriate clothing (closed-toe shoes, dressed comfortably). Aprons will be provided, but we recommend wearing old clothes in case of any spills. • Hot Equipment: Wax and fragrance oils will be heated during the workshop. Please follow the instructor’s guidance at all times, especially when handling hot wax or tools. • Allergies: Participants with known allergies to scents, or any materials used should inform the instructor before the start of the session. We will make every effort to accommodate but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please bring along appropriate gloves if you have allergies to coconut and rapeseed wax or the fragranced oils we use. • Health Issues: If you have any medical conditions (e.g., respiratory issues), please bring along any equipment you may need including face masks you may require as we are not able to provide these. 4. Behaviour Expectations • Respectful Conduct: We ask that all participants be respectful of each other and the instructor. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the workshop a refund will not be applicable. • Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their belongings and must be mindful of others’ space while working.
